I Love You Very Much

For Albena and Rene, the space is a secret and invisible place, a seemingly neglected playground near their studio, where the Gallery Gallery’s router is located. In the evening, this place transforms into a lively gathering of children from the nearby buildings, who play frosty or hide-and-seek until late. With the neighbours’ consent, they place a QR code that shows secret and invisible sculptures in augmented reality. In this way, they create the first augmented reality sculpture park in Bulgaria, part of the Gallery Gallery, the first gallery with an entirely digital focus.

For Nine Elephants, we meet with Albena, who tells us about past and current exhibitions, including Elena Kaludova’s work I Love You Very Much, which addresses the issue of the invisibility of the violence against women in everyday life.
