edition of Nine Elephants Festival took place from July 11 to 21, 2024, across different neighborhoods in Sofia. Over the course of ten days, we presented 19 artistic projects, including exhibitions and audiovisual walks, performances and spontaneous urban interventions, street theatre, literature between residential blocks, as well as lectures and expert discussions focused on improving the environment in which we live.<br>The name \u201cDevet Slona\u201d (\u201cNine Elephants\u201d) reflects our desire to initiate conversations around important urban topics\u2014such as informal exchanges, spontaneous ecologies, post-socialist heritage, and personal memory\u2014in a slightly fantastical way. Yet within this fractured environment, poetic, resilient, and resistant pathways continue to emerge.<br>The second edition of the Nine Elephants Festival took place from July 10 to 20, 2025, under the title \u201cFantastic Routes,\u201d once again presenting artistic interventions and research across the city and its periphery.
